As a Consultant with Sewell Wallis, you will develop long term relationships with candidates and clients. You will also be responsible for conducting initial screenings, assessing candidate suitability, and coordinating interviews with clients. You’ll need to be an effective communicator and driven to build trusting relationships to ensure success.

What will you be doing?
- Managing a dual desk, identifying warm contacts that work with our other divisions, establishing the correct contact and introduce Sewell Wallis
- Implementing the appropriate solutions for attracting candidates
- Working closely with your candidate network to maintain long-term relationships with them
- Maintaining our candidate database
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Briefing candidates accurately and efficiently on the opportunities offered by the client
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond - this involves utilising a variety of communication techniques
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising these arrangements between client and candidate
- Offering assistance throughout the offer and onboarding stage and beyond
- Developing your personal brand using social media
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to improve processes and efficiencies
