About the Role
Sewell Wallis are working with a brilliant business in Leeds who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team ASAP on a temporary to permanent basis and the role has arisen due to growth in the team.
They are a well-respected company and are very well known for ensuring strong relationships are built between their clients.
The role is a great opportunity to gain exposure to working in a busy and fast-paced environment as an industry leader.
What will you be doing?
- Managing a busy ledger.
- Making sure debts from clients and customers are paid within the terms agreed.
- Supporting the manager with audit requests.
- Provide account information to the external department.
- Resolve queries both internally and externally.
- Working closely with the sales team.
What skills are we looking for?
- Strong experience in Credit Control.
- Experience in using Excel.
- Great customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure on collection days.
- Have a great attention to detail.
- Familiar with accounts procedures, client ledgers, disbursements and office accounts.
