Jag started in recruitment in 2022 and was always looking to recruit within the finance sector. After a stint in Financial Services, he made the switch over to Transactional Finance due to feeling like a faster-paced market would suit him better.He joined Sewell Wallis in 2024 as a Resourcer, working on the contract desk alongside Suliman, dealing with candidate sourcing and liasion. He enjoys getting stuck in with the candidates and learning as much as he can about contract recruitment.Outside of work he enjoys weight lifting, and combat sports - he doesn&rsquo;t enjoy cardio but does it anyway. He&rsquo;s very interested in history and current world affairs and does a lot of reading.What is your Sewell Wallis specialism? I handle the contract and interim roles within transactional finance for the Leeds office.What's your favourite thing about your job? I think the thing I like most about my job is how varied the work is. No two days are the same due to how fast the market is and the nature of contract work is it&rsquo;s usually very urgent so clients and myself work fast.What is your superpower? I can keep a level head and good attitude no matter the situation which has great benefits when working in recruitment!
