About the Role

Sewell Wallis is partnering with a dynamic and fast-paced company located in central Harrogate, North Yorkshire, to recruit an ambitious, part-qualified Management Accountant.

What will you be doing?

  • As the Management Accountant you will play a crucial role in improving the month end process and taking the lead on all balance sheet reconciliations.
  • You'll have a keen eye for knowing what good looks like and making recommendations on how processes and systems can be enhanced.
  • Supporting with onboarding new acquisitions and integrating them effectively and accurately.
  • Business partnering with multiple operational departments across the business including marketing, HR, IT and fleet management.
  • Pulling together all financial information to produce accurate internal reports
  • Supporting your line manager with ad hoc projects as and when required.

What are we looking for?

  • An experienced Management Accountant that is proactive, ambitious and dedicated to doing the best job possible.
  • Part qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
  • An effective communicator who is keen on business partnering.
  • Used to working in a fast paced and complex environment.
