Part Time Credit Controller
About the Role
Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established company based in South Leeds on a part-time basis (25 hours a week). This is a great opportunity to join a successful, growing business who are offering flexible, part-time hours.
What will you be doing?
- Full responsibility for the credit control debtor’s process.
- Debt collection, including actively managing accounts with financial risk.
- Liaising with customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment plans and escalating to external debt collectors where appropriate.
- Publishing weekly debtors reports.
- Cash posting and allocations.
What skills are we looking for?
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Great communication skills and telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Polite telephone manner.
What's on offer?
- Monday to Friday Part Time between 9am & 5pm hours can be flexible. 5 Hours a day required.
- Holidays – 20 days per annum rising to 26 after 2 years service.
