Chloe Wilford
Chloe is our Associate Director in the Leeds office and specialises in part-qualified recruitment in West & North Yorkshire, on a temporary and permanent basis. She also manages the Leeds Transactional Finance team – they definitely keep her on her toes!
Chloe has worked in recruitment for 8 years, always specialising in finance, and before that she worked in a busy finance team in the automotive sector. She was headhunted into the recruitment industry by a competitor, and the rest was history!
The quick turnaround, tight deadlines and pressure are what Chloe loves about her role; she managed a busy interim transactional and part-qualified desk throughout her career and took on a managerial role with us in 2021.
When she’s not at work, you’ll most likely find Chloe busy renovating her house that she shares with her partner, Richard, and her crazy 7 toe’d cat, Puss. When she’s not chained to her renovation project, she loves to have a few glasses of wine with her friends in Leeds, and enjoys a steady swim sesh at the gym, but she’s at her happiest when she’s with her niece and nephews!

What’s your favourite thing about your job?
This is a hard one as I love my job, I’m a bit of a saddo really. I love dealing with people so I’m definitely in the right job!
I have to say that there is no better feeling than watching my team absolutely smash it! They work their socks off and they genuinely care, and when their hard work pays off I get the biggest sense of pride. I feel lucky to be able to work with each of them every day.
What makes you laugh the most?
Other people laughing always makes me laugh! Also, any stupid noise is guaranteed to get a howl out of me. I’m clearly just a big kid!
