Inci Evcil

Inci moved into the recruitment industry in 2018, joining Sewell Wallis in early 2024. After a long stint in medical recruitment, she was keen to explore a new sector and make a name for herself.

As a specialised consultant for Transactional Finance and Part Qualified roles across South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, Inci works with candidates up to the £35k mark to find them their next step. She prides herself on getting to know what people want to ensure long term placements, and is also skilled at ensuring the recruitment process is as streamlined as possible.

When she’s not at work, Inci enjoys keeping active, with weight training, pilates, yoga and running. She’s interested in fashion, and wants to improve her sewing skills so she can be more creative with her wardrobe.

What’s your Sewell Wallis specialism?

I work all of the transactional finance and part-qualified roles in Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire that come through the Sheffield office.

What’s your favourite thing about your job?

I love the relationship building side of things – working closely with my candidates and clients right from day 1 gives me a huge amount of job satisfaction.

If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I want to see more of South East Asia! After my recent trip to Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia I really want to tick off Vietnam, Cambodia and the Philippines, breathtaking landscapes, gorgeous beaches, and absolutely delicious food – cannot get enough!
